Cancellation / Date modification / Participation
In the unlikely event that SideTrack Productions is unable to proceed with a Kindy Songs recording session due to unforeseen circumstances (illness or equipment failure), a rescheduled date and time will be provided to you. If the date does not work with your child’s schedule, we will offer you a full refund for the session.
If we are fully booked out and no dates or alternate times are available in the designated Term, the recording session will roll over and be conducted during the following Term.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds once a booking is made or if your child is a no-show for the session. Due to the nature of group sessions and all the moving parts required to conduct and produce a song, we are unable to reschedule individual children once their recording dates have been set. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
In the unlikely event that your child is in attendance on the day and refuses to participate in the program, the staff running the session will actively encourage your child to participate using emotionally safe and confidence boosting methods. We tell stories, ask them to help with equipment, work together with other kids, be warm and supportive… However, if it’s just one of those days that your child simply doesn’t wish to make a sound on the microphone, we unfortunately can’t provide a refund for the session. You will still receive the song, and we can advise you of how to move foward with utilizing the track to assist your child in gaining confidence and help them connect dots between courage and outcome through this learning opportunity.
We encourage listening to the song as much as possible after it’s made so your child gets the MOST out of this program. This is why we provide you with a downloadable Mp3, and make the song available on YouTube Music, Apple Music, Spotify and Amazon Music. Listening made easy!
